Request a COVID-19 Booster
The CDC is now recommending a booster COVID-19 vaccine dose for those who received a Pfizer BioNTech mRNA, Moderna mRNA, or Johnson & Johnson vaccine, and who meet the following criteria.
- You have completed your first series of Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine at least two months ago and you are 18 years or older, or;
- You have completed your first series of Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at least 6 months ago, and you are 18 years or older.
Booster vaccinations are recommended for those 50+.
If you meet any of these criteria, you are eligible to register to be contacted for a booster appointment. You may also check with your local pharmacy or primary care physician to see if they have booster doses available.
Per CDC guidlines, we will be offering Moderna and Pfizer boosters, and will administer the booster that is available at the time of your appointment. We are not offering Johnson & Johnson boosters at this time. If you would like a Johnson & Johnson booster, please check with your primary care doctor, local pharmacy, or go to www.vaccines.gov.
