Beginning in February 2020 we will only process food handler cards on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Come to our office on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday from 9:00-11:00am or 1:00-3:30pm. You’ll need to provide the following:

  1. A valid photo ID
  2. Certificate of Training and/or ANSI/CFPM certificate
  3. Establishment and location where you are working (Example: McDonalds, Charles Town)
  4. Payment ($10.00 – Cash, Credit, or Check)

Get a TB skin test or screening?

No appointment needed, just come to our office on Monday from 9:00-11:00am (days and times may vary on holidays). Return 3 days later between 9:00am and 4:00pm for the results. TB skin tests cost $16, risk assessments/screening letters are free.
