Get a FOOD HANDLER'S CARD?
Come to our office on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday from 9:00-11:00am or 1:00-3:30pm. You’ll need to provide the following:
- A valid photo ID
- Food Handler certificate and/or ANSI/CFPM certificate
- Establishment and location where you are working (Example: McDonalds, Charles Town)
- Payment ($10.00 – Cash, Credit, or Check)
UPDATE: Effective January 1, 2019 you must complete a food handler training class before getting your card. Click here for more information.

Get a TB skin test or screening?
No appointment needed, just come to our office on Monday from 9:00-11:00am (days and times may vary on holidays). Return 3 days later between 9:00am and 4:00pm for the results. TB skin tests cost $16, risk assessments/screening letters are free.
