Food Handlers Card – Morning Hours

Food handlers cards must be renewed yearly. The cost is $10 payable by cash, credit, or check. Please bring a valid photo ID and Food Handler Certificate or ANSI CFPM Certificate.

Tuberculosis Skin Tests – Mon am
Aug 26 @ 9:00 am – 11:00 am

Patients who have the test placed on Monday must return on Thursday between 9:00am and 4:00pm to have the results read by a nurse. TB skin tests cost $16, screening letters are free.

Food Handlers Card – Afternoon Hours

Food Handler Training Class @ Jefferson County Public Services Building

You must register in advance for these classes, as there is limited space. Please contact the environmental health department at 304-728-8416 to register. A $15 fee payable by credit or debit card is due when you call to register.

Please allow ample time to complete the class, test, and obtain your food handler card. This process typically takes two hours (9:00-11:00am). We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the class begins to sign in, as class will begin at 9:00am sharp. Classes are held at 1948 Wiltshire Road Entrance B Kearneysville WV 25430.
