The Jefferson County Health Department is being inundated with an increased number of phone calls for students who have missed the deadline to get required immunizations. In light of this, we have decided to allow walk-ins this Thursday, October 5th, from 9:00am-3:00pm. We are already booked with appointments, so walk-ins can expect a wait, but we will do our best to move everyone through as quickly as possible. This will be the last walk-in clinic this season, so please help spread the word!
Patients MUST bring their current shot record and insurance card (uninsured and underinsured patients under 19 years old are covered under the Vaccines for Children Program). Patients under 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian, or responsible person over 18 with a permission note from the parent or guardian.
