The Jefferson County Board of Health has drafted an amendment to the Clean Indoor Air Regulations to prohibit electronic cigarette use (“vaping”) in public places where smoking is already prohibited, and also clarify which areas of bars smoking is permitted or prohibited in per the FDA food code. The draft copy is available via the link below or may be picked up at the health department. Comments will be received until January 30, 2020.
