We’ve been getting lots of requests from restaurant owners who want guidance on what they should be doing to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. The information copied and linked below was prepared by our Environmental Health staff, based on CDC’s recommendations:

Currently it is recommended that businesses, schools, child care centers, assisted living facilities, senior living facilities, adult day programs, workplaces, community and faith-based organizations, and health care providers operate under CDC’s minimal to moderate risk for implementing mitigation strategies for communities with local COVID-19 transmission. More information on specific strategies can be found at www.cdc.gov/COVID19
