Come to our office on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday from 9:00-11:00am or 1:00-3:30pm. The cost is $10, and you will receive a food safety training manual along with your card.


Get a TB skin test?

No appointment needed, just come to our office on Monday from 9:00-11:00am (days and times may vary on holidays). Return 3 days later between 9:00am and 4:00pm for the results.
